How do they implement data loss on top of Postgres? <rimshot>
- canadaduane 11y agoGratuitous negativity?
- yellowapple 11y agoI'm pretty sure negativity toward MongoDB's (lack of) data integrity is incapable of crossing the threshold into gratuity. MongoDB being synonymous to lost data might as well be a universal constant.
- twic 11y agoI think that's a reasonable question to ask. However, personally, i think that in this case, the modest but positive comedy value makes it not gratuitous.
- SrslyJosh 11y agoMaybe it was a cheap shot (or maybe Mongo's just an easy target ;-), but I actually think this is very cool. Hopefully it will give people who like the simplicity of interfacing with Mongo a safer, more reliable option.
