Looks like this is a demo for the Microsoft Azure ML. The main value-add here seems to be integration with the rest of Microsoft's technology suite, with its visualization, live streaming stuff, etc. For the actual age/gender estimation, I'd be curious to see if it's much better (or better ta all) compared to OpenBR (http://openbiometrics.org/ http://openbiometrics.org/).
