Children goes through multiple phases, where they're learning and their personality emerges. It's not as simple as saying it's 15+ years, you can catch up in the last 3.
- M8 12y agoIt doesn't have to be about children, every person goes through different stages in a period of any 15 years. Single people deserve same (good) treatment as married.
