I found Skiena's: http://www.amazon.com/Algorithm-Design-Manual-Steve-Skiena/dp/0387948600 http://www.amazon.com/Algorithm-Design-Manual-Steve-Skiena/d... to be much more readable, but Cormen's is still considered THE bible algorithms anyway.
