Ask HN: Want to diversify and perform code review as a service. Suggestions?

I have done bits of code review over the years. I'm keen to pursue doing it as a service. Anyone doing something similar or has suggestion on how to start, what to look out for, scope, rates, etc? I'm primarily writing iOS and OS X apps, so that's where my current expertise is at.
