Probably not, no. People who are looking for free stock aren't doing so despite being willing to pay. They're doing so because they don't want to (or aren't ready to) pay at all. The people who don't want to pay aren't going to become customers. The ones who aren;t ready to pay yet are more likely to go find new stock than start paying for something they can still use for free. I don't see how a CDN offers something that would change this, or appeal to either of these users.
