If they prevail what are the odds that the troll can actually pay up?
- jmaygarden 11y agoIf the can't pay, then they should assign their patents to Vizio. Really, the big law firm footing the bill on contingency is just as bad as the patent troll shell companies. They have an identical profit motive.
