- voteforchange 12y agoMany women need to realize that's what they are and go apply for jobs at companies that need terrible engineers. If you've got a child, two metal plates surgically implanted in your foot, you work at starbucks and do instacart in the evening and have no degree then stop. Just stop. Before you go start that homeless charity or consider applying somewhere with the word stipend in the application. STOP. Go make some money. You are a terrible engineer.
