I agree. Based on this article the individual case looks super weak. Sounds like the email was too spammy "We want YOU!" (we'll actually we just want you to put your hand up so we can then decide if we want you). It doesn't take a genius to look at a resume and see work history and college graduation to piece together if they're in their 30's/40's/50's etc.
