Gooood case for a brave lawyer to make himself a name. He can try prohibit sales of all Apple products in the EU on the basis of the current anti-monopoly EC legislation using this as a case.
- BinaryIdiot 12y agoEvery lawsuit seems to try this and it practically never works so I wouldn't get my hopes up.
- s73v3r 12y agoIf that was a possibility, they would have tried it on the many other things they don't let you mention, like Android compatibility, Chromecast support, etc.
