I don't see a single mention of long term memory in this article. Cognitive psychology is not a grab bag to use for marketing.
- rsaarelm 17y agoThe idea is pretty much spaced repetition learning (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spaced_repetition http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spaced_repetition), even though article doesn't call it that or make any references to the existing work.
