Which implies the dog is not currently with the officer and he is going to detain Jay-Z until the dog gets there. So this would actually cut the number of problems Jay-Z has down to 98.
- mattbreeden 12y agoJay-Z says he has 99 problems but a bitch "ain't" one. So regardless he'll still have 99 problems. Additionally he says this in regards to the K9 coming, so this ruling wouldn't affect him either way.
- spiritplumber 11y agoI guess it'd depend on the gender of the drug dog.
