What's your motivation for pointing this out? Just curious.
Do you want people to go talk about it on the other thread instead of this one? Or, are you trying to keep duplicate posts or comments off of HN? Or, something else?
- dang 12y agoWhen a story has had significant attention in the last year, it counts as a duplicate (otherwise a small number of reposts is OK; see https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html). It's helpful when users point out the ones we've missed.
