Roasting your own doesn't equal better coffee. Roasting is a skill and not everyone has it.
- stephencelis 17y agoNever said to the contrary, but skills can be acquired, and roasting is one of the easier ones to work on.
- dan_the_welder 17y agoIf you can cook, you can roast coffee. It's not that hard. My advice to new cooks and coffee roasters is the same. Eat your mistakes.
