Another option, since the guys whose job it is to point this out seem to have taken the morning off, would be to simply charge more. If somebody is paying several thousand dollars per day for your time, two things will happen. First, they'll be more respectful of your time, partly because it's so damn expensive, and partly because they don't seem you as that kid who does their web stuff, but rather as a professional like themselves who are not to be bothered lightly. But secondly, you'll find that there is in fact a dollar figure for which you won't really mind being woken up at 10:30 am and asked to do a few hours' work.
