- sytse 11y agoI think you're looking at the price plan page of an on-premises installation https://about.gitlab.com/pricing/ https://about.gitlab.com/pricing/ If you search for free on that page you'll find GitLab CE and "Sign up for our free GitLab.com service if you want to use GitLab without installing it."
