Navigation is my favorite. There are lot's of actions I use daily, such as surround with, splitting declaration and assignment, inserting new class/interface/enum etc, removing dead code or imports and so on. I can't sit in front of a "stock" VS and code right away. I always feel incomplete and non-productive without it.
