- stcredzero 11y ago64 bit stuff in iOS 8.3 broke the way we were using 3rd party zip libraries in my iPad project. Before that, it had been completely stable since iOS6. Am now rewriting in Swift and using Storyboard, with xcassets taking the place of zip files.
- walterbell 11y agoThat will orphan apps who just want to deliver updates (e.g. app security, unrelated to OS) for older versions of iOS. Orphan apps will need a distribution channel that can reach older and still-useful devices.
