- zz1 11y agoWidely adopted behaviours can't be legalized simply because of their widespread. Do that with murder…
- thaumasiotes 11y agoSure they can. For most of history murder was broadly legal (that's the beauty of really small government). ;)
- higherpurpose 11y agoThe problem is when the government quickly passes such a law with no debate. Worse than that, when only 5% of the representatives pass such a law...
