I was in the Army for four years, and when I finally got out I promised myself three things: 1) I would never run again unless I was being chased by something that could kill me. 2) I would never again train to kill another person. 3) No man would ever, ever, yell at me. Ever. To this day, #3 has been the best thing I've ever decided.
