I do understand that and if I understood correctly (?), he's not suing anyone for remixing his work. Only people who are trying to profit from it.

- icebraining 12y agotrying to profit from it. Which some people might believe as part of the unwritten rules. For example, see both Open Source and Free Software (as defined by the OSI and FSF, respectively), which state that licenses must allow the users to sell the works. The idea that doing stuff for profit is fundamentally different is far from unanimously accepted.
