i know you are being hyperbolic, but in all seriousness there is the potential for quotas to be put in place. if I was fully qualified for my job, working hard, and than the government fired me in order to employ someone else simply because they were a different [characteristic ] than me I would quite literally take up arms as it would be obvious that the social contract had become null and void.
