I thought his complaint was mainly about closed-source vendors who don't polish their Linux apps enough.
- unalone 17y agoHis complaint is about the entire system, which includes people who refuse to admit closed-source Linux apps aren't the best because they insist that closed-source is bad and should be done away with.
- zmimon 17y agoHe was much more insightful than that. He acknowledged that Linux itself makes it hard for those vendors to make polished apps by changing and reinventing every damned thing every few years.
