That's why I Carbon Copy Cloner'd my Snow Leopard partition to a USB HDD! Pity I can't actually boot it on my 2012 i7 (kernel panics ahoy). If anyone knows how to get around this, I would appreciate it as it would be truly marvellous to be able to test software that I've written under it.
