The question is, what will those gangs of violent, well armed men start doing when smuggling isn't profitable any more?
- sogen 12y agoThe key problem is that cartels need money, and have moved on to what is more profitable to them, and more violent: crimes affecting the general population: Kidnapping people, Organ trafficking, etc ...
