What is your relationship with the funders now? Is there anyway to expedite the legals? When Ron Conway speaks about "getting your round over quickly" are the legals conducted differently in SF? Ultimately I think xkcd could draw a nice graph showing how the delay between commitment and consummation is directly (exponentially?) proportional to the probability of the deal falling over. It's never closed Til the money's in the bank is one thing I've learned.
