I've got only one issue with this article. It should be published in 2016 and state something like "After 1-year pilot program, MS announced that their recruitment process has been redesigned to prevent discrimination against autism and resulted in hiring 1000 new employees which could be otherwise rejected. It all started in 2015 with a small 10 person trial ..." In case of a company with 128k employees, a pilot program for 10 people just isn't news-worthy.
