I belive the problem was the signature on the intermediate. The same intermediate has probably been signed again with sha2. Or maybe it was cross signed somehow

I belive the problem was the signature on the intermediate. The same intermediate has probably been signed again with sha2. Or maybe it was cross signed somehow... I just replaced the intermediate cert and the warnings went away.
