the triage is the part people and policy makers won't accept as the primary tool for cost savings. spending money delaying elderly cancer patients from dying by 3 months is a huge waste of resources, yet it is standard practice.
- ticviking 12y agoThis. And every one of my grandparents has hated that their children insisted on it. They wanted to go home and die in dignity, and their children were pushing for just a few more months.
