Idea: Self-optimizing crypto trading bot

I once had an idea I wanted to have developed, but it turned out to be way more complicated than I realized, such that I couldn't afford to begin the project. I wanted to have developed a crypto trading bot which had the ability to self-optimize its settings to make the best use of market conditions to turn a profit. I hoped one day that it would be able to reverse engineer what other market-moving bots were set to do, and adjust accordingly to profit from their moves. I imagine if such a thing were made available for public consumption, that they'd wind up working against each other, & it might defeat its purpose. But I liked to think about it for awhile, until I looked into it & was crushed by the complexity of it.
