- noonespecial 17y agoThe crazy part is that anyone can sue for anything at any time and basically experience no downside for losing. Its win or draw for the crazy person. The losers are the ones who have to spend real money and time defending against nonsense. If the first suit against Disney had cost this fellow a fortune when he lost, he'd have thought twice about this one.
