"World's craziest democracy" - that really made me smile :) I don't think the Indian Government's competancy in IT (and many other things) come close to that of China; but hey atleast we don't have a muzzle over our mouths (that's partly a lie). Wasn't the "ban" actually a DNS entry removal ?
