I just had very fast turnaround on a support ticket from them. Simple issue, but still - I'm really impressed. Support ticket answered in < 2 minutes. Resolved in 9 minutes. (The ticket was sort of my fault, partly a design issue on their UI where I couldn't resubmit info. There are teething problems, but they sorted it out really quickly.)
