- ohjeez 12y agoIt makes me uncomfortable too. But sometimes I think it's important to read things that make me uncomfortable. It forces me to think through my knee-jerk reactions.
- mathattack 12y agoThis seems like a much looser interpretation. Most industry leading companies (P&G, Google, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Accenture, etc) have strong cultures. It allows them to scale people.
