    I've met no trustworthy investors-- that is to say, people who after 3 or more years, I still consider to be honest. This is over nearly 30 years founding startups.

      Just guessing, it seems like that no matter how you structure it, there's always going to be a conflict of interests and values.

        Yes. In theory there might not be a conflict of values. In practice, the conflict of interest is very real.
