I agree, being able to use your favorite local IDE to load and edit remote files can be very convenient. On OSX, I use Panic Transmit's "Mount as Disk" feature

I agree, being able to use your favorite local IDE to load and edit remote files can be very convenient. On OSX, I use Panic Transmit's "Mount as Disk" feature. I've also heard good things about a product called WebDrive for this use case.
