What an interesting happenstance... I just ported all my stuff to Neovim earlier this week and everything works out of the box. I just had to cp everything vim to nvim (.vim -> .nvim, .vimrc -> .nvimrc, etc). Unfortunately there are no immediate benefits, but I agree with Neovim's long-term goals, so I suppose I'l be there when we get async plugins written in Lua.
