Don't Let the Funky Math of Convertibles Bite You
- swombat 17y agoOf interest, we spoke to some (good) lawyers in London who advised us that convertible notes, while popular in the US due to the difficulties surrounding share issues, are much less recommended in Europe, where issuing shares is considerably easier. Anyone have an opinion on that?
