I'd love to get one of the Subaru Diesels that are sold overseas.
- ams6110 12y agoThey won't import their very cool Boxer Diesels because they don't meet California's (and a few other states that follow CARB) draconian emissions requirements. CARB is hostile to diesel. Yes there are 45+ other states they could sell them in but California is the biggest car market and if they can't sell there they won't bother.
