This is something that could happen in Dutch, as we have one word for both.
- jakobegger 12y agoSame in German: "sich erinnern"
- musername 12y agoas far as i'm concerned, remember (sth) is active and reflexive whereas remind sb (of sth) is passive, so it's not easily confused.
- Luisvel 12y agoSame thing in Spanish.
