Are they still using PF code imported from OpenBSD 4.5? That code is 6 years old and has been vastly improved over the years.
- gaadd33 12y agoIs that the same code in FreeBSD 10? I was under the impression that the code in FreeBSD, while pretty old compared to the most recent OpenBSD, has vast performance improvements as far as multi core processing and 10Gbps processing whereas most of those changes haven't been accepted upstream.
