Thanks Sam. Yes. I have worked in a startup for few years. I made very good friends, some technical and some management. I found a good guy who is on the management side, I asked him whether he is interested in startup. He is just married, from a middle class family and he is not willing to take any risk. I also know technical people. Unfortunately I did not find good people on technical side but they are very talented. When I say good, I mean honest people.
