I am always struck that you always see the autonomous driving demonstrations in favorable climate conditions. I have never heard of a test at night with low visibility due freezing rain on snow packed roads like you might experience in the northern Midwest or Canada.
- clarky07 12y agoGuess what, people really suck at that too. Most decide to stay home when it's like that because it's not safe. No reason to focus on that now. Just say, nope, this isn't safe you should stay home. If it's an emergency, you can drive yourself in these terrible conditions.
