This, this, this! Even if you're very friendly with the C-team at your company, DO NOT GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK. It can only hurt you in the future. I, myself, made this mistake a few years ago, and now I'm always worried a potential employer will ask for a reference from that particular employer.
