- tluyben2 12y agoI would think someone this into roguelikes would know it. OP seems to be more focused on the actual graphical representation besides the syntactical/semantic representation though; something DF is very much not known for.
- Apofis 12y agoHe's had to have seen DF, look at his screenshots, looks very similar to DF.
- ttctciyf 12y agoThere's an extended interview with the author at http://www.roguelikeradio.com/2015/01/episode-96-ultima-ratio-regum.html http://www.roguelikeradio.com/2015/01/episode-96-ultima-rati... Been a while since I listened to it, but I'm pretty sure DF gets a mention or two in there..
- loup-vaillant 12y agoHe has: http://www.ultimaratioregum.co.uk/about-me/ http://www.ultimaratioregum.co.uk/about-me/ > Its narrative and themes are inspired by the works of Jorge Borges and Umberto Eco, and its gameplay by Dwarf Fortress and Dark Souls.
