Cost. Everybody wants steak, too, but only hamburger can be afforded every day.
- danieltillett 12y agoIt must be more than straight cost since properties with high ceilings sell for a premium over those with a low ceiling. The demand is there and customers seem willing to pay, but the market does not seem to be meeting that demand (at least in Australia).
