What other languages does the OpenBSD people use? Shell scripts? Maybe something else?

    Perl is in base and used for pkg_add and the other package tools.

  There are some larger perl programs (pkg) and some smaller awk/sh/etc. floating around. Not sure about using them for a web server though.
