Instead of an oil pipline, why not a water pipeline?
- whyaduck 12y agoIf you look at a map you'll see that there are large mountains and long distances between where the (fresh) water is and California's Central Valley.
- ars 12y agoWe use FAR more water than oil. A pipe large enough for oil would not even come close for water.
