- pavel_lishin 12y agoThus effectively locking you into their service for another year. "Sorry about the rat feces in your soup, here's a coupon for another free visit."
- mod 12y agoIsn't that the point of any company who goes out of their way to correct a mistake? Are you arguing you'd rather not have them attempt to fix the problem?
- fixermark 12y agoHe's arguing that customers don't have to be satisfied with letting the offending party decide what "making the victim whole" looks like. Which is true.
- tomjen3 12y agoWell the cost for the user of fixing it is to move to a new address. So google hasn't even paid 1/100 of 1 % of the true cost.
- TeMPOraL 12y agoWell, if rat feces appeared in the soup because rats chewed their way to the kitchen through the wall from neighbour's basement and you like this restaurant for their quality service and food, then I think you'd like to accept such coupon after they fixed up that hole in a wall and dropped rat poison into the cellar.
- vanzard 12y agoHe is not locked, he can certainly transfer his domain any time.
- yuhong 12y agoWhy were you using it, BTW?
