According to flightradar24 the plane is a Vans RV-12, which consumes about 5 Gallons per Hour. A Gallon of AVGAS 100-LL costs around $5 in the Southeastern Region, including Florida. If he's renting from a club, I'd estimate the cost to the pilot at anywhere between $50 and $80.
